One flat fee per placement, whatever the role. Corporate roles first; private household roles below.

Corporate Placements.

Executive Assistant
The first great executive assistant is the hire that gives a founder their week back. We look for judgment, discretion and the instinct to run a calendar, an inbox and a room before being asked, and we screen for them the way we screen the people who work inside private homes.

Office Manager
An office manager runs the business side of a business: vendors, systems, onboarding, the front desk and the hundred small decisions that otherwise land on the owner. We place people who treat an office as their own.

The role →
Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant is the person the whole team leans on. We place candidates who are organized, warm with clients and quick to take ownership, and who want to grow with the firm.
$4,500 flat fee
The role →
Chief of Staff
When a founder needs someone to run the company's week, not just their own, the role is a chief of staff. We place people who can hold priorities, run a meeting cadence and carry decisions through without being the founder.
$4,500 flat fee
The role →
Client Service Associate
In a wealth management or professional practice, the client service associate is the relationship. We place people with the polish, patience and precision the role demands, and the discretion to handle what clients share.
