Most agencies tie their fee to the salary of the person you hire. We don’t. One flat fee, published here, covering the entire search.
Private Placement
$3,500
One flat placement fee for your home and family.
Nannies, family assistants, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, household managers, estate staff, private chefs, private educators and personal assistants. One fee, whatever the role, covering the entire search, the trial day and the replacement guarantee.
Engagement Deposit: $750
A $750 deposit begins your search and is applied toward your placement fee. The balance is due only upon successful placement.

A conversation by phone or email, then a short division-specific intake so we understand the role, the schedule, the compensation and what matters most.

Proposal & Engagement
A clear proposal: scope, what is included, the flat fee, deposit and payment terms, and how we will communicate. The search begins when the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

Search & Candidate Selection
We source, interview, verify references and complete the screening the role calls for, then present a curated shortlist with updates on the schedule we agreed.
Household candidates are screened for the home: references from previous families, a background check and a driving record review.

Interviews & Placement
We schedule interviews, gather feedback, arrange trials or assessments where appropriate, and help with the offer through acceptance and a confirmed start date.
A paid trial day in your home is part of most household placements.

Onboarding & Ongoing Support
We confirm the start went well, check in after the first week and again around 30 days, and stand behind the placement with the replacement guarantee.
