Fees
Two Flat Fees. Published Here.
Most agencies tie their fee to the salary of the person you hire. We do not. One number for the entire search, known before we begin, with the deposit applied toward it.
Corporate Placement
$4,500
One flat placement fee for your business.
Executive assistants, office managers, administrative assistants and coordinators, client services professionals and specialized administrative searches. One fee, whatever the role, covering the entire search and the replacement guarantee.
Private Placement
$3,500
One flat placement fee for your home and family.
Nannies, family assistants, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, household managers, estate staff, private chefs, private educators and personal assistants. One fee, whatever the role, covering the entire search, the trial day and the replacement guarantee.
Engagement Deposit: $750
A $750 deposit begins your search and is applied toward your placement fee. The balance is due only upon successful placement.
The guarantee
1-Year Replacement Guarantee on private placements. 90-Day Replacement Guarantee on corporate placements. If a placement does not work out inside the window, we conduct a replacement search.
What the fee covers
The Entire Search. Nothing Extra.
Every placement, corporate or private, includes the same work. There are no add-ons, no hourly charges and no fee to the candidate.
- A personal consultation with Katelyn
- Role development and a written search brief
- Sourcing from our network and active outreach
- Personal interviews with every candidate presented
- Verified references from every previous employer
- 7-year background screening and driving record where relevant
- A curated group of three to five candidates, never a stack of resumes
- Interview coordination and, for households, a paid trial day
- Offer guidance and onboarding support
- The replacement guarantee
A fair comparison
What the Same Hire Costs Elsewhere.
Corporate recruiters commonly charge 15 to 30 percent of first-year salary; some publish 25 to 35 percent. Hourly nanny agencies advertise no placement fee and bill the hours instead. Our fee is one number, once.
Percentages are published industry ranges; your quote from any agency may differ. Ask us for the sources.
