A $750 deposit begins your search. It covers the consultation, position development and the start of sourcing, and it is applied in full toward your placement fee. The balance is due only upon successful placement.

Every candidate we present has been personally interviewed, with verified references, a 7-year background screening, driving record verification when the role involves driving, and CPR and First Aid certification on file for childcare roles.

Every placement, private or corporate, is backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the placement does not work out within the first 90 days, we conduct a replacement search.

Before you commit to a hire, we coordinate a paid trial day so you can see how a candidate works in your actual home, with your actual routine. It is one of the most valuable steps in the process and a standard part of every private placement.
