West Orange County
Windermere
Windermere is home. The agency was founded here in 2020 as Windermere Nannies, and most of our first families still live within a few minutes of the town center, the lakes and the chain of private communities around them.

Isleworth and Lake Butler Sound
The gated communities on the Butler Chain of Lakes ask more of household staff: larger homes, more than one property, guests and events, and an expectation of discretion that is non-negotiable. Our screening was built for exactly this.

Dr. Phillips
Dr. Phillips sits between Windermere and the tourist corridor, with medical practices, professional offices and restaurants along Sand Lake Road and established neighborhoods behind them.

North Orlando
Winter Park
Winter Park's Park Avenue and the offices around it hold a concentration of wealth management, legal and professional practices, and the neighborhoods around the chain of lakes hold the families who run them.

Southeast Orlando
Lake Nona
Lake Nona is where Orlando's newer companies and many of its relocating families have landed: medical, technology and sports organizations around the Medical City, and planned neighborhoods full of young families.

Downtown and Central Florida
Orlando
From downtown and Thornton Park to Baldwin Park and the professional corridors along I-4, Orlando's founder-led companies share one need: the one administrative hire who lets the owner run the business instead of the calendar.
