No two families need the same thing. Every placement is customized around your needs, your schedule and the anticipated duration of care, whether you want restful nights for a few weeks or a trusted specialist for many months.

Overnight Newborn Care Specialists
Restorative nights for new parents. Your specialist cares for your baby through the night, brings baby to you for feeds or manages bottle feeds, and keeps a gentle log so you wake to a clear picture of the night.

Hands-on support and quiet guidance through the day: feeding, bathing, soothing and nursery care, with time set aside for you to recover and rest.

Placement Options
A Few Weeks or Many Months.
Two flat placement fees, set by the length of care you anticipate and known before we begin. Each covers the entire search for your specialist.
Short-Term Newborn Care Placement
$2,500
For placements lasting up to 16 weeks.
For the fourth trimester and the early weeks at home. Covers the entire search for your newborn care specialist and carries a 30-day replacement guarantee.
Extended Newborn Care Placement
$3,500
For placements extending beyond 16 weeks.
For families who want continuity through the first months and beyond. Covers the entire search for your newborn care specialist and carries a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Engagement deposit: $750
Due when your search begins and applied toward your placement fee. The balance is due only upon successful placement.
Separate from wages
These are agency placement fees. They are separate from the compensation your family pays your newborn care specialist directly. Placements begin at $30 per hour.
Room to extend
If you decide to extend a short-term placement beyond 16 weeks, the $1,000 difference between the two placement fees is billed at that time.

Tell us about your family, your due date or your baby’s birthday, and the care you have in mind. It takes a few minutes.
Step 2: A Personal Consultation
We respond within 24 hours to arrange a conversation about your hopes for the early weeks, your schedule and the length of care you anticipate.
Step 3: Your Search Begins
A $750 engagement deposit begins your search and is applied toward your placement fee. We write your search brief and reach into our network.
Step 4: Meet Your Specialists
We present a small, curated group of newborn care specialists. You interview the ones you like, then welcome your favorite for a meet-and-greet in your home.
Step 5: Welcome Your Specialist
We guide the offer, the work agreement and the details of the first night, so your specialist arrives prepared for your family and your baby.
Step 6: Support Throughout
We check in as the weeks unfold, stand behind the placement with our replacement guarantee and help you extend care if you would like more time.
