Our placement fee is a one-time service fee separate from your employee’s wages. A $500 New Search Fee is required to begin the search process and will be credited toward the final placement fee which is $3500.

Yes. We provide a 12-month full replacement guarantee on all permanent placements. If a replacement is needed beyond 365 days, we offer a discounted rate on future placements.
While we aim to ensure the perfect match, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise. All though rare, If your employee leaves within the first 12 months, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional charge. After the 365-day period. If your candidate leaves after the 1 year mark, a new search would be required with a 25% discounted fee.
